Guidelines

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted only if you inform us of the issue within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • If you receive the wrong product or face a size issue, you can raise an exchange request within this 7-day window.
  • We offer free exchanges for size or wrong product issues. Reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
  • If the new product requested is of higher value, the difference must be paid online before processing.
  • Products must be returned with the original sticker label attached, properly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Without this, the exchange cannot be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective product delivery.
  • To claim a refund for a defective item, email us at pandsapprales@gmail.com with your order details, issue description, and clear photographs of the product.
  • In exceptional cases where a return is accepted (without delivery issues), ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup logistics.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment or another account provided by you.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design compared to website or social media images are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns/refunds.
  • If our verification shows that the defect was caused by misuse, damage, or negligence, refunds will not be issued.
  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the merchandise does not qualify.
  • Exchange/return requests can be processed only once per order.
  • Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
  • Free exchange is available for size issues, but refunds are not provided for size-related concerns.
